3. Subscription Terms

• Subscription fees are processed through Paddle
• Both monthly and annual billing options are available

• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• You may:
  • Upgrade from monthly to annual billing (16% savings)
  • Downgrade from annual to monthly billing

• Prorated billing applies to plan changes
• Failed payments may result in service interruption

4. Use License
